As several of Europe's top leagues draw to a conclusion this weekend, there will be no shortage of drama and excitement. Keep track of all the latest news and updates right here with our Football Tracker!

23:09 CET - The Ligue 1 season has come to an end in the most dramatic fashion possible.

With the score locked at 2-2 between Strasbourg and Le Havre, the former were on course to qualify for Europe, while the latter were heading for a relegation play-off. However, Le Havre were awarded a penalty in the 96th minute, and Abdoulaye Toure scored to seal a barely-believable 3-2 win and keep Le Havre up. Additionally, the loss saw Strasbourg miss out on Europe, with Lyon squeezing into the Conference League playoffs. What an insane climax to the Ligue 1 season.

In other news, Nice have booked a spot in the qualifying stages of the Champions League with a 6-0 thumping of Brest. Also, Lille's 2-1 win over Reims has seen them qualify for the Europa League.

Meanwhile, St Etienne have been relegated after a gut-wrenching 3-2 loss at home to Toulouse, while Reims dropped into the relegation play-offs at the very last minute as a result of Le Havre's win.

21:52 CET - It is half time in Ligue 1, and as it stands, Nice will enter Champions League qualification, Lille will enter the Europa League group phase, while Strasbourg will enter the Conference League qualification phase.

At the bottom of the table, St Etienne will be relegated and Le Havre will head to a relegation play-off. But plenty can still change in the second half!

21:10 CET - Sporting Lisbon are the champions of Portugal once more! Despite their coach Ruben Amorim departing in the middle of the season, Sporting have been able to cope, and with a 2-0 win over Vitoria Guimaraes on the final day, they have retained their title. Benfica finished in second place.

20:35 CET - Meanwhile, Atalanta are in Serie A action in around 10 minutes, as they visit Genoa in what is, frankly, a bit of a dead rubber.

20:04 CET - After the drama of the FA Cup final, all eyes turn to the Ligue 1 final day, with so much to play for.

The battle for Europe promises to be a thriller, with Nice, Lille, Strasbourg and Lyon all tussling for position. With three European spots up for grabs, one team will have to miss out.

At the bottom of the table, Montpellier have already been relegated, but Reims, Nantes, Le Havre and St Etienne are all in real danger of joining them.

19:33 CET - CRYSTAL PALACE HAVE DONE IT - THEY HAVE WON THE FA CUP!

Crystal Palace are the 2025 FA Cup champions after holding on to stun Manchester City in a dramatic final. This has been the greatest day in the club's history, and it will never be forgotten by the supporters watching at Wembley or at home.

A special day for Crystal Palace Football Club as they win their maiden trophy.

19:19 CET - An astonishing 10 minutes of added time in the FA Cup final!

10 minutes for City to find a goal to force extra time. 10 minutes for Palace to make history.

19:08 CET - With time running out for Manchester City, Pep Guardiola turns to teenage sensation Claudio Echeverri, who comes on to make his debut for the club.

Just over 10 minutes left to stay in this final...

18:52 CET - The man who set up the first goal, Daniel Munoz, has just had a second goal ruled out by VAR for offside to halt celebrations in the Palace end.

18:23 CET - Somehow, someway, Crystal Palace are ahead in the FA Cup final at half-time.

18:07 CET - It was given, and Omar Marmoush stepped up to take the penalty, but his effort was saved brilliantly by Dean Henderson to the relief of Palace fans inside the stadium.

Drama!

18:05 CET - Bernado Silva is tripped in the box and a penalty to Manchester City is given! Or is it?

A VAR check is underway...

17:48 CET - I mentioned him before kick-off and sure enough the brilliant Eberechi Eze has delivered to put Palace 1-0 ahead!

It is a brilliant goal against the run of play. After resisting the almost constant pressure from City, the attacking full-back Daniel Munoz charged forward down the right before delivering a precision cross for Eze to volley home.

The Palace end is rocking...

17:37 CET - A quick focus change to the FA Cup final, which is underway! It remains 0-0 at Wembley after five minutes played.

17:30 CET - Eintracht Frankfurt have qualified for the Champions League!

A dramatic final day showdown against European rivals Freiburg, ended with the away side breaking the hosts' hearts and taking Champions League football away from Freiburg with a 3-1 win.

Finally, RB Leipzig have messed up their bid for Europe after a late collapse against Stuttgart saw them lose 3-2 and hand the Conference League spot to Mainz, who scored a late winner in their game.

17:25 CET - Job done for Dortmund! Their chances looked doubtful before kick-off, but the season turnaround has been completed to secure Champions League football for next season after a brilliant 3-0 win against Holstein Kiel.

Meanwhile, as we wait for Frankfurt to join them (they lead Freiburg 3-1), Heidenheim are officially going to play a relegation playoff after an underwhelming final day defeat at home to Werder Bremen.

17:45 CET - It is a big day for Crystal Palace, and if they are to win today, you would imagine their talisman Eberechi Eze will play a big role after a long and difficult journey to get to this point.

16:37 CET - Ready for some team news from the FA Cup final?

The big news comes from Manchester City as Pep Guardiola starts Erling Haaland for the big final, a frightening prospect to Crystal Palace supporters.

Palace knew the scale of the task ahead of them with or without facing Haaland, and they will be incredibly fired up for one of the biggest days in the club's history.

16:35 CET - A side note goes to Heidenheim, who are going to have to play in a relegation play-off as they find themselves 2-0 down at the break and in big, big trouble.

16:20 CET - All still to play for in the second half of this fascinating final day! Dortmund scored a penalty early on against Holstein Kiel through top scorer Serhou Guirassy to put them in contention for Champions League qualification.

That lead now looks all the more important as a late equaliser by Frankfurt against rivals for Europe Freiburg, means that Dortmund leapfrog Freiburg into fourth spot, the final Champions League position.

Elsewhere in the fight for Europe, Mainz have taken a shock half-time lead against Bayer Leverkusen to put them in pole position ahead of RB Leipzig for a Conference League spot.

15:30 CET - Play is underway around all the Bundesliga grounds for final day action, and a lot still to play for!

14:50 CET - We've got just 40 minutes until the final round of Bundesliga fixtures this season get underway, with the main focus on the race for Champions League qualification as third-placed Frankfurt (57 points) travel to fourth-placed Freiburg (55) and Dortmund in fifth (54) host already-relegated Holstein Kiel.

13:27 CET - First up, there are nine Bundesliga matches getting underway at 15:30 CET as Freiburg, Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund battle for Champions League qualification.

There's plenty to play for at the bottom of the table too, with St. Pauli, Hoffenheim and Heidenheim all at risk of finishing in the relegation playoff spot.

13:20 CET - Good afternoon and welcome to this weekend's Football Tracker on what promises to be a thrilling couple of days across Europe!

We've got a busy Saturday ahead, with Manchester City and Crystal Palace contesting the FA Cup final at 17:30 CET, while it's a mouthwatering final matchday in the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Portugal's Primeira Liga.
