Julio Baptista has hung up his boots to move into coaching with Real Valladolid's youth teams.
The Brazilian already has his coaching badges and was part of the group that included Raul, Xavi and Xabi Alonso which completed their UEFA Pro Licence course last month.
Like Raul and Alonso, Baptista has decided to start with developing young talent and work his way up in the coaching industry.
Baptista has a great relationship with Valladolid owner Ronaldo Nazario, who has offered to help him make his first steps into coaching.
