Frank Lampard and his Derby squad kept their wild celebrations going after securing their place in the Championship play-off final.

Lampard's side managed to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first-leg to beat Leeds 4-2 away on Wednesday and book an eagerly-anticipated Wembley showdown with Aston Villa on May 27.
And following the final whistle, jubilant scenes ensued on the Elland Road turf among the Derby squad as they celebrated in style with their travelling fans.
But the celebrations didn't stop there. Lampard and his squad kept going until the early hours of Thursday morning as they lapped up the special moment in a pub back in Derby.
Lampard and his squad could be seen bouncing up and down to their popular new chant in the local pub, called The Kings Head, in Duffield as some of the players celebrated with a few beers.
In the background of the social media video, a Villa supporter could amusingly be seen walking away as he looked to escape the euphoric celebrations.
Derby more than made the most of their moment as they got revenge on Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds side on Wednesday night.
Lampard had lost to Leeds on all three previous occasions this season, including the first-leg, and was being goaded by the home support as Derby fell 2-0 behind on aggregate on Wednesday.
A chant, to the tune of Oasis' 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out', had been adapted by Leeds fans to 'Stop Crying Frank Lampard', in reference to the Derby boss' complaints about 'Spygate' earlier this season.
Lampard was honest when he was asked whether it was extra sweet that it was Leeds who Derby had beat to reach the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
'I'm not gonna lie because it is,' Lampard said. 'I heard a lot of people saying that we were crying about Spygate.
'I haven't thought about Spygate for a long time and we played them and we prepared for it, we prepared and we got a result.'

Lampard beat Manchester United. Lampard beat Southampton. Lampard beat Leeds to send derby to Wembley. Now it’s Lampard vs Terry in the final for a place in the premier league. As a Chelsea fan, I’m so proud.
