TMW says Fulham are making a €20m offer for the Belgian today.
Atalanta and Aston Villa are also interested, though it will be Fulham which will make the first cash offer.

De Ketelaere joined Milan a year ago from Club Brugge, but struggled to make an impression in Serie A.
