Gabriel Jesus has revealed the Arsenal players still believe they can win the Premier League as they prepare for Wednesday night's title showdown at Manchester City.
Arsenal look so fragile after dropping points in three consecutive draws to hand the advantage to defending champions City – the club he left to join Arsenal last summer.
But the Brazil forward won four titles with City insists he can still win a fifth, as he saw the right attitude in his new team-mates in the wake of Friday night's six-goal thriller against Southampton.
Taking fans into the dressing room after the dramatic draw, Jesus gave an insight into what was said between the players.
'We said 'we need to keep going, to keep believing'. The Premier League is so difficult to win this competition.
'We are not here to always give excuses but it's a tough league – there are some good games and tough games. The last games we played, we faced tough opponents.
'Even if you don't drop the points like we dropped in the last games, nothing changes - it's a final [on Wednesday].
'Each game is a final, we have to face them like a final. This is the most important game of the season for us.
'We have to understand that every point can decide the league. But, like we all say, now it's time to stick together and then we go again.
'In the last two games, we started so well and then after we couldn't hold the ball and keep playing [our way].
'Southampton was the opposite - we didn't start well like in other games but at the end we tried our best but dropped two points.'
Jesus, who turned 26 this month, concluded with a rallying cry to Arsenal supporters ahead of the City clash and their final six matches of a thrilling season.
'We are here playing for a massive club, and for all the supporters at the club. We have to manage ourselves to come back and be focused again and strong, because anything can happen from now until the end of the season.'

Jesus proof it by at least score 1 goal next game. If no goals from you then either you ask for transfer or fake injury. Walk the talk and not talk the walk. Enough
the negativity in this comment.. wow.. people these days.. 👎

the role of a striker number 9 is to be at the front line always, when crosses comes you're there, Saka and matinelli were bringing good crosses but Gabriel was nowhere to found
actual he's not consistent

If it's gonna be Arsenal's season then it's gonna be. If it's not their season then there's nothing they can do about it. The young boys have tried their best throughout the season. The players are largely inexperienced and lacking in the quality of Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and even Manchester United on individual basis. The squad is thinnest compared to the other top six teams. Yet, they've managed to relegate the giant Manchester City to the role of playing catch up almost throughout the season to this point. Arsenal are still potential champions in my opinion. The team is a transformation from the Arsenal of recent. Even today that Arsenal players and fans feel disappointed and people are criticizing them, the team's sin is that they've drawn in three consecutive games! Reverse a few years ago and you'd realise the difference. Losing easy games became part of Arsenal in those years. Today, a draw against Liverpool is frowned at? Arsenal have really made a big leap and should be commended. Manchester City are humans they're going to prove it soon - they're going to drop points like any other team. The seemingly weaker teams are going to take points from City. Even Arsenal can beat them at Etihad, this is EPL. Gunners do have a chance regardless.

If Jesus is still leading our attack, there's no where we are going, until Trossard comes back to the starting xi
Hopefully they can both start against Man City!

If you stop playing like a crying baby or Neymar you can, be a ruthless striker and you can win it, there's still a chance and you are still the favourite to win the league.

I agree too. am a Manchester united fan but this a do die chance for Manchester city and have the best striker in the league, best and experienced attacking midfielders, the best holding midfielder and the best manager as well. Their wingers are experienced as well the likes of Mahrez and Grealish is at his best this season. it is unfortunate Foden is not at his best this season.

You guys need to stop talking and concentrate on making top 4, then concentrate on getting as much maximum points as possible. If it wins us the league, fine. If it doesn't, we won't stop supporting the team. We've shown this season that we're our own worst enemies. We go to the market, strengthen our depths and go again next season.
