Gabriel Jesus has shown that he is just as clinical on a digital pitch as he is on the real thing after he boasted a 3-1 win over Manchester United on FIFA.

The Manchester City star was in control of his club digitally as Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling and Fernandinho all got on the scoresheet as he played with friends during some downtime.

Jesus, who is currently taking enjoying time off due to the international break, was not called up to the Brazil squad by manager Tite for friendlies against the United States and El Salvador this month.

The 21-year-old also used the opportunity to meet up with his former team-mate Ze Roberto on Tuesday evening.

The pair enjoyed a two-year spell together at Palmeiras in Brazil before Jesus sealed his big-money move to City in 2017.

Jesus and Ze Roberto had time to catch up, have a laugh and play some ping pong before the City striker met up with friends and family to play the popular video game, FIFA, in his home.

Despite playing at the weekend for Pep Guardiola against Newcastle, Jesus was given time off during the international break.

Everton's Richarlison and Gremio's Everton were named in place on Jesus while United's Andreas Pereira has also been given the opportunity to make their debuts this week against USA.

However, the trio will also have another chance next Wednesday if they miss out at MetLife Stadium.
