Georgia coach Willy Sagnol says Napoli is the best club for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Sagnol admits he enjoys working with the winger.
"Surely, he is a player everyone is focusing on because his development in the last year and a half has been incredible," Georgia boss Sagnol, a former France international, told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He's always had great quality and he's settled quickly in Italy. Now he has improved his goal-scoring records and we know how important certain stats are in modern football.
"Wherever he plays, the most important thing is to be trusted by the coach. He is on good terms with (Luciano) Spalletti and I am convinced he will play a key role in his growth.
" Kvaratskhelia is ambitious on and off the pitch and he proves it every day and in training.
“He has found the right balance among all the components to have a high-level career. Some players say they want to be the best, but they don't do enough to accomplish it. Kvara does it."
