After a 2-2 draw with the Netherlands at home, Greece's left-back Tsimikas spoke to the media, assessing the team's performance and looking ahead to the next match against Germany.
Greece remained undefeated in their first three UEFA Nations League matches with two wins and one draw. Tsimikas said: "We are a bit disappointed to concede a late equalizer, but let's stay humble because the Netherlands are a strong team. I want to congratulate my teammates and tell them to keep up the positive work. We need to rest and see what went wrong as we conceded those two goals. Overall, we gave our all, and one point from this game will be very important."
"I believe in this Greek team; we have shown that we are building a very good squad. We are currently undefeated and at the top of the group, but let's stay humble. The next home game against Germany will be different from our last encounter, where we won 1-0."
