Avid Football Manager fanatic Antoine Griezmann has proudly shown his Twitter followers who makes up his Arsenal dream team in 2023, but has ruthlessly shown the door to one of his international teammates.

The 28-year-old superstar appears to have been enjoying some much needed downtime ahead of the new La Liga season, following his eventual £108million move to Barcelona this summer.

And ahead of his much awaited league debut for the Spanish champions, Griezmann has delved deeper into his virtual save at the helm of the London club, making sweeping changes four years into the future.

The French forward hasn't been afraid to dip into the transfer market and revitalise his side at the Emirates, with none of Arsenal's current roster surviving the culling.

Instead, Griezmann has splashed the cash on a mix of experience and youthfulness. Wonderkids Jadon Sancho and Joao Felix have been recruited, with current Barcelona teammate Frenkie de Jong also making the move to North London.

Rafael Varane and Matthijs de Ligt form a formidable partnership at centre back, and there is also room for Liverpool full back Andy Robertson to foray down the left flank.

But, surprisingly, the virtual Arsenal boss has axed Alexandre Lacazette. Gunners fans may be wondering where the French front man had gone, and the player himself was also curious to find out.

In reply, Griezmann admitted that he had sold the striker to Huddersfield for £23.5million following a trophy laden spell in the capital.

After helping his side lift the Premier League, Carabao Cup, Champions League and the Super Cup, Lacazette was sold on to the Terriers - with current Ajax sensation Brian Brobbey instead leading the line.
