Fergie is miles ahead of Guardiola as a manager in PL as well as in general Mourinho won the league with Chelsea in Fergie time as well. He did not have billion dollars to spend like City. He did spend money, but not as much as Pep. He made Chelsea into a winning team. Before him, Chelsea were not contenders. Came back, and won the league again. An 'outsider' in football management! Klopp has made Liverpool into a winning machine with his gegen pressing. Again, not spending as much money as both Pep and Mourinho. Created superstars in TAA, Salah Mane, Firmino, Robertson etc.

Actually the teams Klop Jose and Furgie inherited were soo average they built them without overspending and I actually appreciate them more ...I actually never knew Chelsea before Jose arrival ..Liverpool were average before klop magic then there is City which had won the tittle in 2 seasons

People who think Pep is trash and inherits good teams don't reason. He is just a very good tactician and knows how to buy players who suit these tactics. If not he would have never had the guts to sell Ronaldinho at Barcelona just because he did not suit him. The la Masia evolution under Pep is a clear proof Pep can build a team from an acedemy. The problem is that in football know results are demanded immediately and coaches don't have time to build teams from youths and sacrifice the team's current success for future success so the transfer market is the only option and Pep has proven to be an expert in making singings which just fit into his team. Pep is simply a genius of the beautiful game

it's good he is fast and I really appreciate the work he has done at man city but the only problem pep Guadiola has is the way he uses money to develop his squad. For pep to do the work for you ,expenses must go higher than any manager in world so without money pep can't manage his job and he can't take your job. look at the way he spent on his midfield and his attacking ,he doesn't develop his own player ,he only buys developed ones. I don't really know reason why he has no many players who developed under him while he spent many years in the best big teams .it shows that pep works with money. without big capital don't call him.
