Hazard, Van Dijk & 3 Man City stars among PFA Fans' POTY nominees

Aguero, Hazard, Mane, Bernardo Silva, Sterling, and Van Dijk are nominated for PFA Fans' Player of the Year award.

These six stars are also nominated for PFA Players' Player of the Year, with Liverpool's Van Dijk becoming the final winner and Man City's Sterling the Youth Player of the Year.

Chelsea's Player of the Year Hazard and Man City's Player of the Year Bernardo Silva are out to win votes from fans, while Arsenal's POTY Lacazette and Tottenham's POTY Son have been left out.
