Signing every rubbish out there except an actual good player because you don't want to at least pay 250k for salary. If any of these average players manage to shine well, another club will offer them a good salary and they'll leave, no player on 150k will turn down 300k because of anything. Wage structure is good but it's too low which is forcing us to sign below average players that will take the pennies, this kind of wage structure are meant for teams that develop players to sell to other clubs not for a team that want to win trophies. We should already be signing Oshimen or Gyokeres.
