Hilarious moment Luis Diaz laughs as Jurgen Klopp goes to throw his cap in rage

This is the hilarious moment Luis Diaz couldn't contain his laughter as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp looked like imploding during the last night's match against Newcastle.

The Reds came out as 4-2 victors against the Magpies at Anfield with Mohamed Salah scoring two before he gets set to represent Egypt at AFCON.

Despite a controversial penalty decision igniting fury amongst pundits and fans - including Alan Shearer and Ian Wright - it was an excellent result for Liverpool who move three points clear at the top of the table.

But, during the match it was anything but plain sailing as Sven Botman's 81st minute header set up a nervy finish.

And it proved to take its toll on Klopp who can be seen turning to take off his hat and throw it on the ground.

But, on the subs bench Columbian winger Diaz did not share Klopp's fury at a match decision.

Instead, as Klopp just managed to stop himself from throwing the hat Diaz bursts into a fit of laughter.

Football fans were quick to share their reaction to the video, with one saying: 'I taught I was the only one who saw him.'

Another said: 'He's one big meme that man like the gif that keeps on giving,' while a third wrote: 'What's Bro on? Is what [Diaz] Was Thinking.'

A fourth also added: 'Klopp is one of a kind and I love him.'

Following the decision to award Jota a penalty last night, Newcastle legend Alan shearer slammed the forward as 'f***ing embarrassing'.

Former Arsenal forward and pundit Ian Wright also questioned Jota on X, formerly Twitter.

'Would rather go down for a penalty than put the ball in an empty net! Seen it all,' Wright wrote.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher added that he 'couldn't fathom' why a forward would go down when presented with an empty net.

'He doesn't need to go down. Just carry on,' Carragher said on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football.

'There's the slightest touch but it doesn't knock him off. It's there just to be put in with your left foot.

'He's gone down far too easily. Is there contact? I don't think there's much contact really.

'Maybe the slightest contact but I don't believe a player would go down when there's an empty net to put the ball in it. I can't fathom that.'
