The Argentina international has outpaced all of his star team-mates in 2018 when it comes to being involved in goals, highlighted by his Napoli strike
Angel di Maria remains Paris Saint-Germain's most prolific player in 2018, with the Argentine continuing to contribute at a level unmatched by even Neymar or Kylian Mbappe.
The former Real Madrid and Manchester United winger scored a stunner on Wednesday, pulling PSG level with Napoli in the waning moments of their third Champions League match of the campaign.
Following a loss to Liverpool and a win over Red Star Belgrade, Di Maria's strike helped keep PSG's Champions League hopes alive heading into the return legs of the group stage.
It also continued a long-standing trend of Di Maria being PSG's most effective player in the final third.
Since the start of 2018, di Maria has been involved in 36 goals in all competitions, six more than any of his world-renowned team-mates.
The winger has scored a whopping 24 goals since the turn of the year while adding 12 assists despite playing in a more withdrawn role since Tuchel's arrival over the summer.
Di Maria has been particularly prolific at home, at least in recent seasons. The 30-year-old playmaker has scored six goals in his last six starts at Parc des Princes for PSG in the Champions League.
That run dates back to October 2016 and includes goals against Napoli, Red Star Belgrade, Barcelona, Ludogorets and Basel while he also found the net away at Anderlecht during the same time period.
In total, Di Maria has scored 57 goals since joining PSG from Manchester United in 2015.
With Wednesday's draw, PSG sit on four points from three games, two behind group leaders Liverpool and one behind second-place Napoli.
Di Maria and PSG face Napoli once again when the Champions League resumes in November, though before that they have the small matter of Le Classique against Marseille to contend with on Sunday.
The Argentine has scored three league goals for the club this season, though Mbappe (nine), Neymar (eight) and Edinson Cavani (five) are above him in the goalscoring charts for now.

This is bcz PSG has no quality team in their league so they are habitual of those easy games as soon as they are facing some strong team they are so f*cked up. And Neymar? Throughout his life he has been most overrated player. He doesnβt belong to category like MESSI, CR7 ,Hazard He is like Benzama, Lukaku, πππ Neymar is a useless shitt

Shocking performances from both Cavani and Mbappe. Di Maria was anonymous all game too but managed to pop up with some magic at the end. PSG are a worse team when they try to play as a team and use Neymar in a supportive role, and today was a great example why- he wasnt really a goal threat as a result of being central and deep, in addition the 3-4 good chances he created for Cavani/Mbappe were wasted. Neymar should be on the left, even the late equalizer came from a Neymar dribble down the left wing.

PSG were lucky not to have lost, again.Every week they score 5 and 6 in 1 team French league and the moment they faced two good teams, they looked ordinary.Neymar will be crying to return to LA Liga next season. The next game in Naples will be interesting though, because Napoli can win that and Psg will be in trouble.

That's PSG and Napoli both qualified from the group. Don't mind facing either one in the next round, would be tough games

Di Maria - yet another player whose career has blossomed despite MUs attempt to destory his talent.

Very disapointing game for PSG, you can't have this kind of attitude at home in front of your fans. You've got to fight, victory must be earned. A draw is a good result considering the team performance, now they still have hope to qualify but it will be hard to get a win at San Paolo.

Disappointed with our first half, came back with as a team in second half. Very frustrating. Did the same against Liverpool as well
