Will this be the line-up Mauricio Pochettino names at home to Brighton tonight?
Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris could return to the side for the clash with relegation-threatend Brighton.
The Spurs captain missed Saturday's defeat at Manchester City with a slight muscle problem but could be fit and reclaim his spot between the sticks after Paulo Gazzaniga filled at the weekend.
Erik Lamela (hamstring) and Harry Winks (groin) will also be assessed but would appear unlikely to be risked against the lowly Seagulls.
Mauricio Pochettino is expected to make several changes to his side after their exhausting back-to-back games against Manchester City.
Lloris, Danny Rose, Kieran Trippier, Victor Wanyama and Oliver Skipp could all come into the side.
Eric Dier came off after an hour against City on Saturday and could drop to the bench, while Dele Alli could be rested as he nurses a broken hand injury.
Fernando Llorente may be drafted in to start after impressive cameos in recent games.
Spurs predicted line-up vs Brighton: Lloris, Trippier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Rose, Skipp, Wanyama, Son, Eriksen, Moura,

Confident that us being at home in the FORTRESS will keep us going even if we rest players. Would rather rest a top squad for West Ham and then Ajax

I like Brighton and I'll hate to see them get relegated...but come on you Spurs.

A relegation threatened team that can’t seem to get their stuff together facing us with our great on field performances and unbeaten new home record. We screwed, aren’t we.

Lets get a nice comfortable win like against Huddersfield. COYS.

I'm a bit disappointed Lamela is still out injured. Like if he's hurt he's hurt but his presence could make a REAL difference right now in matches like this.

Wanyama needs to have a big game in midfield. I wouldn’t mind giving Skipp a run out with Dele providing some cover. This would allow Eriksen to push further forward to support the attack. I think Son and Lucas can get the job done in attack.

Blue scum lost points but that doesn't change anything. We need this but it will be tricky with a very thin squad.

Hugo KWP Dav Toby Rose Wanyama Dier Lucas Eriksen Son Llorente Give Dele and Jan a rest, with the former an option if we lack guile. Decent flexibility in position as to whether we go 4-3-3 with Eriksen dropping deeper or 4-2-3-1 with him as a 10. Suspect we’ll go 4-2-3-1 with the wide men playing as inside forwards and our full backs encouraged to bomb on. Having a healthy Dier and Wanyama, while not a bastion of creativity does give us a massive security blanket with regards to full backs overlapping

Out of Brighton, West Ham, Bournemouth and Everton I'm most worried about 1) West Ham and their 'biggest game of their season' mentality and 2) Everton because do we get 2-6 Everton, or 'Smash Utd' Everton...? I really hope this isn't made completely redundant by a casual effort against Brighton 🙈 COYS!

I have faith in Lucas to run the show, but we shouldn't take relegation threatened Brighton for granted. Unless secret agent Hughton pulls through.

We played well against City with a depleted squad albeit they were rotated too, but we have a lot of confidence, and we were winning games while being hampered by injuries before. Brighton will come at us hoping for an upset to help them survive relegation (pretty sure Cardiff are gonna go down though), let’s not give them a chance.

I say put Eriksen on for 60 minutes tonight and this weekend. Can't let him get too burnt out for ajax, especially when we don't have son.

1-0 with goal coming in the final 20 minutes. We will have 25 shots against 2 from Brighton. Those 2 Brighton shots will be off the bar or something crazy. It will be nerve wracking.

This has become such a vital game for both teams. Thankfully, Brighton cannot buy a win at the moment and one of their biggest threats, Knockaert, is still serving a ban. Still, this has got SPURS BANANA SKIN written all over it. And I feel bad that Chris Hughton is having such a torrid time. I hope Brighton stay up over fucking Warnock and Cardiff. But their run in is fucking brutal.

I'm expecting heavy rotation today. KWP... Rose... Wanyama... Skipp... Llorente. KWP/Sanchez/Vert/Rose Wanyama/Skipp Lucas/Alli/Eriksen Fernando All this with the hope that Winks can heal up and Lamela can eat some minutes by the weekend.
