'I feel very proud to have worn Barcelona's shirt' - Vidal says goodbye

Arturo Vidal has bid farewell to Barcelona fans through a post on his social media profiles.

The Chile international, who is to join Inter after spending two years at the Camp Nou, has expressed his pride at having donned the Blaugrana shirt.

"Today I say goodbye to everyone at Barcelona after spending two wonderful years at this great club," he wrote on Instagram.

"I feel very proud to have worn this shirt and to have played alongside great players and great people.

"I want to thank my family, my teammates, the coaches, the doctors, the staff and all the wonderful fans that always showed me a lot of affection.

"Today I am starting a new stage in my life, but they will always be in my heart.

"See you soon and, always, let's go Barcelona!"
