This guy called Neymar could easily become the best player in the world if he had still with Barça until now cos from the entire story shows that Messi always want the best for him, never been selfish in any way. Even in that game Messi knew that Neymar was playing with full of confident and he was so much all over the pitch that night, dribbling, crossing balls, tackling, just mention it, that was why Messi told him, go ahead and take the penalty son, you deserve it. Awww..so much touching story, who else will do that for you if he doesn't want you to progress under him. Am sure remembering these made Neymar wants to come back to Barça right now. There was a massive love among them 3 and it shows in theirs lives too but because of wrong choice and advisers especially money, he chose to move to PSG and now wants to come back again. These guys are human beings and as a human, we all need each other especially those who are very good in person not just anyhow person and am sure Messi is one of them both on and off the pitch, he can easily learn from him as a good friend.
