Jack Clarke's agent Ian Harte has insisted that the £12million-rated winger will be staying at Leeds this January.
The 18-year-old has emerged as a key player under Marcelo Bielsa as the Elland Road side have climbed to the top of the Championship, scoring twice in his 11 league appearances.
But after a tweet from a Spurs fan account suggested Spurs would push through the deal this month, Harte responded.
He wrote: 'Jack will be staying at Leeds and wants to get the club back to where it belongs!!!'
Sportsmail understands Arsenal have recently joined north London rivals Tottenham in keeping a close watch on him.
Crystal Palace expressed a serious interest in Clarke earlier this month, although Leeds turned down their bid and have been insistent they will not be selling one of their prized assets.
Most of Bielsa's first-team players are off limits this month and Leeds have slapped a £12m price-tag on a player who has spent his entire career with them.
