Ian Wright has provided adidas with some inspiration for future Arsenal strips by digging up old catalogue photos of him modelling Gunners gear from during his time at the club.
Arsenal announced on Monday that they are set to switch from Puma for the famous three strips in 2019 – a deal worth £300million.
And the Gunners legend was delighted with the decision as he posted pictures of himself modelling the retro and flamboyant kits from 25 years ago.
The pundit took to Instagram to show his followers an old catalogue picture of himself alongside the late David Rocastle, who was a former team-mate and good friend of Wright's.
He said: 'You don't even know how much I love this picture – adidas originals you know what to do'.
Arsenal will bring an end to their deal with Puma which has been worth £30m a year over five years.
It runs out next year and Arsenal will double their money with adidas.
The new arrangement will bring in £60m a season over five years and will be the first time the Gunners have had an adidas kit since 1994.
The partnership will see Arsenal have the second-biggest kit deal annually in the Premier League alongside Chelsea.

Can't wait to see Arsenal back in a yellow away kit. It's what the fans want...not some of the hideous away ones we've had to put up with recently...

I was fortunate to watch both Wrighty and Rocky during the height of their careers. Both wonderful players and both Arsenal through and through. Rocky was so talented and seemed humble and played the game with a smile on his face. So incredibly sad that he passed at such a young age. Never forgotten Rocky.
