Tottenham Hotspur are pursuing the transfer of Kluivert after finalizing a three-player transfer list.

AFC Bournemouth winger Kluivert has performed exceptionally well in the Premier League, and Tottenham Hotspur hope to further expand their summer spending spree under De Zerbi. Kluivert is currently at the top of Tottenham Hotspur's left-winger transfer list, as Tottenham Hotspur continues to complete one of the biggest transfer windows of the summer in the Premier League.

De Zerbi hopes to finalize all major signings before preseason training begins. The club's new football management is heavily invested in the team and is still willing to further strengthen it, as the team is widely believed to be in need of a complete rebuild. With West Ham United's M. Fernandes and Newcastle United's Tonali close to joining, for an estimated total of £185 million, Tottenham Hotspur's attention has shifted to the attacking third.

Tottenham Hotspur is particularly keen to strengthen the left-wing position, and Kluivert is the first choice, but competition will be fierce. Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are also pursuing the AFC Bournemouth star, and the South Coast club hopes to release him for over £80 million. Nevertheless, Tottenham Hotspur is still willing to invest heavily again to avoid a repeat of the past two seasons, even if they won the Europa League, they still hovered near the relegation zone in the league at one point.

It is understood that Leão has been mentioned as an option in informal contacts with Milan, and Savinho also remains a potential target, as Tottenham Hotspur strongly pursued the Manchester City winger last year. The Independent previously also reported that Tottenham Hotspur is interested in Trafford, and discussions with Manchester City are still ongoing. Tottenham Hotspur could still sign up to three more players, and the team may also consider another striker to improve attacking options beyond Richarlison and Solanke.

Van Hecke has joined from Brighton for £52 million, despite having only one year left on his contract at the Amex Stadium. Andy Robertson, Senesi, and Dubravka have joined on free transfers.

If players of the caliber of M. Fernandes, Tonali, Trafford, and Kluivert all join the team, Tottenham Hotspur's total expenditure this summer could approach £350 million, making it one of the biggest transfer windows in the club's history.
