Inter will prepare a new offer for Lukaku in the coming days (Sky Sports)

Inter Milan are set to lodge a new bid for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku in the coming days, according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News understands Inter’s new deal to be short of United’s asking price of a minimum of £79m.

It is understood Juventus now consider the proposed Paulo Dybala swap deal for Lukaku dead, with the chances of the Belgium international staying at Old Trafford increasing by the day.

Sky Sports News has also been informed that a deal to bring Mario Mandzukic to Manchester United is now less likely too.
