Inter forward George Puscas has attracted proposals from Birmingham City and Saint-Etienne with his price-tag set at €10m.
The 23-year-old Romania international has four goals in eight senior games for his country, netting 16 in just 23 caps for the Under-21 side.
He came to the Inter youth academy in 2013 and went out on loan to Bari, Benevento, Novara and most recently Palermo.
Last season, he scored nine goals and set up three in 33 Serie B games for Palermo, who were declared bankrupt.
According to FCInterNews, Birmingham City and Saint-Etienne are prepared to pay €8-10m including bonuses for the striker.
So far, the biggest offer on the table came from Birmingham and is worth €7m.
