I like his comment.... Such a Humble Guy.... he doesn't jump to say he is the best... he actually recognized the work of his peers and superiors... Arrigo Sanchi is a legendary manager, so is Johan Cruyf and Alex Ferguson.... he also mentions Jose Mourinho which is also true.... Jose Mourinho has cemented his status as one of the best masterminds of the game....and all that is true.... and like he says being successful is not about how many trophies you win.... but rather on what impact you bring to the game..... Jose Mourinho Did bring the park the bus philosophy and it proved to be successful, other current managers are emulating it to greater success example Antonio Conte, Massimiliano Allegri, Diego Simeone, Laurent Blank etc etc..... Now Pep has bring about neat tiki taka and it proved also to be a hit, also some managers are emulating it example Unai Emery, Maurizio Sarri Eusebio Di Francesco etc etc..... and Now Jurgen Klop has bring in Gengepressing and some managers are emulating it to great success example Mauricio Pochettinho, Thomas Tuschel etc etc..... I know somebody may ask what did Sir Alex and Johan Cruyf and Arrigo Sanchi bring in.... well Crufy was the father of Tiki taka and one-two neat passing and playing from the back and Sir Alex once said "attack wins you games, defence wins you titles" so he was much more of a defensive manager with sporadic counter attacks and sometimes neat playing, he was able to evolve as the game also evolved..... And Arrigo Sancho was the one who brought up about the hard defensive Italian football we are witnessing until today.... so yeah pretty much the above 3 are the father of modern day football.......

Personally I wouldn't agree that Pep is the best Manager of all time. I will choose Fergie who succeeded as a coach with nurturing talents who became champions and the best. the likes scholes, Neville, Beck's, Cr7, keano, Rooney, Giggsy, Ferdinand, vidic etc where all tenagers who probably may not live to witness their real abilities. But through his coaching, managing and nurturing the became the best of the best. And again Fergie win trophies with little world clash players. Pep on the other hand is similar to Jose except the style of football. they must spend big to attract the best so that the can win but they can start from zero to something
