Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema shocked everyone when he posted a video of himself back in training ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

Although the French striker is still on holiday following France's elimination from Euro 2020, he is still keeping in shape as the new season draws closer and is using a skipping rope to help prepare for his return to Real Madrid.

Skipping is more consistent with boxing training, than that of a footballer, but the coordination shown by Benzema is amazing.
