According to the Manchester Evening News, 15-year-old Manchester United prospect JJ Gabriel still wishes to leave the club and is training in Catalonia during the international break to maintain fitness while awaiting clarity on his future.
Gabriel is considered one of the most promising young talents in world football, but his future at Manchester United remains unresolved. He is currently in Spain as he considers the next steps of his career.
Last month, Gabriel formally requested to terminate his Manchester United contract immediately, but the club rejected the request and intends to retain the young player. With his future uncertain, he is training in Barcelona with personal coach Jack Hunter at a field in Castelldefels, aiming to maintain his fitness. Gabriel and his family frequently visit Barcelona and are interested in him potentially joining Barcelona. Real Madrid, under Jose Mourinho, have also been linked with a move for him. However, Barcelona sporting director Deco downplayed these reports during his appearance at a Portuguese football summit.
Speaking about Gabriel, Deco said: "There's nothing to say about this kid. It's normal for players to be linked with us; these things always happen. There's a huge market behind it, involving many interests, even for young players. But we are not interested in any player in his situation. I'm not sure what's happening now, or if he's still a Manchester United player. We are not involved in this. Before trying to do anything, we first need to understand the specific situation. Talking about young players and teenage players is not something we should be doing."
Gabriel will turn 16 next week, but according to regulations, he cannot sign a professional contract until he is 17. Faced with widespread attention on this matter, Manchester United manager Michael Carrick recently called for calm regarding the young player.
Regarding Gabriel's situation, Carrick stated: "I'm just reiterating what I've said before: he's still a kid, and it's important not to disclose any details here. We must be careful with the attention and scrutiny he receives, remain rational, and consider his well-being. Things will resolve themselves naturally."

Man u is a very big club and cannot be reduced to a level of a 15 year old kid. we can't tolerate his behavior regardless of his talent and whether he changes his mind or not, he doesn't have the right attitude for the club. He has to leave by all means.
I really like your spirit mate. United should just let this kid leave, and never let this culture to be broken, just because the kid is good.

I am really surprised that Manchester United are still sticking to this kid. I don't really know whatever the problem might be, but whatever it is, it's okay to allow this kid leave, then remain with the club only if he changes his mind to stay. But for now, I don't think I support Manchester United to force him to remain with the club. His parents had already poisoned his mind, just let him go. Even the Barcelona that he's trying to force himself on them don't want him. Deco (Barcelona Sports Director) have recently declared his desire not to sign him. United should just let him go! Manchester United only signs players who want to play for the batch, and not the other way round. I don't want this culture to be broken for whatever reason. Soldier go soldier come, but barracks remains!

If he wants to leave, let him leave. What the point of having a player who can't commit forcibly made to stay. . I wish him the best. May he find greatness wherever he goes. Hopefully he doesn't come back like Pogba.
