For someone who is supposedly boring, James Milner certainly knows how to spend his time off.
The Liverpool midfielder has earned a brief respite from his side's title challenge whilst the international break is on.
Having retired from England duty, Milner has the nice luxury of having 14 days without a match.
And the 33-year-old has been using the time wisely, as he jetted off to Dubai for a bit of 'work, rest and play'.
Milner posted pictures onto his Twitter account - not to be confused with the 'Boring James Milner' parody account - along with the message: "Good week in Dubai - the perfect way to recharge the batteries for the run-in..."
His first picture showed him putting himself through a quick workout as he went for a run around the streets of the Middle Eastern city, along with the caption 'Work'.
The next was labelled 'Rest' and showed his view from poolside with exotic palm trees either side.
And of course, being a footballer, it wouldn't be a trip away if he didn't make some time to brush up on his golf technique.
The final image showed Milner post-swing on the golf course as he watches his ball sail over the lake, along with the words '...and play'.
Milner will be preparing for a busy end to the season, with Liverpool facing seven crucial league games as they challenge Manchester City for the title.
Not only that but the Reds have the small matter of two legs of a Champions League quarter final to play, and potentially more matches beyond that.
They face off with Porto in the last eight, with a semi final against either Barcelona or Manchester United to come should they progress to the next round.
First up once the international break is over is a huge clash with Tottenham though, who travel to Anfield on March 31.
