Jude Bellingham appears with new girlfriend on Real Madrid plane with his mum

Real Madrid and England star Jude Bellingham appears to have publicly unveiled his new relationship after flying back to Spain.

The midfielder was pivotal for the La Liga giants as they secured a dramatic win against the reigning Premier League champions. Erling Haaland’s brace had put City ahead heading into the closing stages.

That was until ex-City star Brahim Diaz and Bellingham scored to complete a sensational turnaround. And the latter has made another decisive move after the game after flying back to Spain with his team-mates.

Bellingham. 21, was spotted boarding the Real Madrid plane alongside his mum Denise and apparent new girlfriend Ashlyn Castro. The England ace was first pictured alongside the 27-year-old last month as they went out for lunch.

Friends also say the couple have been on several dates but have yet to confirm their blossoming relationship. Castro has already met Bellingham’s parents and was even present in the former Borussia Dortmund’s private box for Madrid’s Champions League thumping of Red Bull Salzburg last month.

Rumours over their relationship came after Bellingham reportedly quit dating app Raya. As per the Daily Mail, his account was apparently deleted, potentially hinting that he has committed to Castro.

Having flown back to Madrid, Bellingham will be keen to extend his form in what will be a decisive second leg. Speaking after his Etihad winner, he said: “It was a weird one as we played some of our best football of the season and find ourselves behind in the game.

“I don’t care what form City are in, they are still an unbelievable team and so difficult to play against, the way they move you and manipulate your positioning. It is always a really tricky to play against them.

“In the end we took one of the many chances, finally, so that is what made it count. I felt our performance deserved the win. We were playing well in the game and creating chances and felt at one point one would land.”

Asked what he could expect in the second leg, Bellingham added: “It’s a really good position. It is always nice to take a lead back home to play the second leg at home, it’s a real blessing. I’m sure the Bernabeu will turn out for that one and we have to give them a performance they deserve.”
