Former Inter Milan striker Julio Cruz was delighted seeing son Juan Manuel Cruz make his debut for Hellas Verona last night.
The young Argentine striker featured in Verona's 0-0 draw with Torino.
Julio told Radio Serie A: "The debut? They are very beautiful sensations, as a footballer you don't think that your son can become also a professional.
"Three years ago he made his debut in Argentina, this was an even bigger blow. I am happy for him, he arrived in Serie A where I enjoyed it when I played there.
"He must copy more Lautaro (Martinez) than me though. For what he's doing... He already has something of me in his blood."
