K League All Star goalkeeper Gu Sung-yun: "Our tempo wasn't on the same level as Manchester City's"

After the 3-1 loss to Manchester City, K League All Star goalkeeper Gu Sung-yun spoke with Korean media.

On his performance during the match

"The ball came much faster than I expected, and it caught me off guard. During training, I realized I needed to improve my reaction time, and I felt that even more acutely after playing."

"Many of Manchester City's main players were on the pitch in the first half, and I actually felt fortunate about that. When I was watching from the bench, I could sense that the pace of play, passing accuracy, and shot speed were on a completely different level. Even without being in peak physical condition, they could still perform at such a high standard. It's truly remarkable, and I genuinely realized that world-class football is indeed different."
