Harry Kane celebrated another record-breaking goal by volleying a bottle that was thrown in the air by a fan.

The Tottenham striker scored his side's second in Wednesday's 2-0 victory at Brighton, ruthlessly finishing off a quick counter attack in the 57th minute.

The strike, which put Spurs in firm control of the tricky fixture, caused jubilant scenes in the away end.

It was also Kane's 95th away goal in the Premier League, moving one clear of Wayne Rooney for the most in history.

And as Kane made his way over to celebrate with his travelling supporters he noticed a bottle of Coca-Cola flying in his direction.

In true striking fashion he proceeded to jump and scissor-kick the bottle, much to delight of the fans.

And those watching at home also enjoyed the moment, one joking that his 'ability to make a mid-air adjustment and volley that coke bottle was a thing of beauty.'

The goal ultimately helped seal the three points for Tottenham, who reignited their top four challenge.

The night got even better for the north London club as rivals fourth-placed rivals Arsenal suffered defeat at home to Liverpool.

The gap between them is now just three points, though the gunners do have a game in hand.
