Karim Benzema is torn over whether to accept an offer to join the Saudi Pro League this summer, according to a report.
The Real Madrid forward signed a one-year contract extension to stay in Spain last season but is said to have received an offer over £173million to move to the Middle East for two years.
Benzema has a hit-and-miss season on the field for Real as they won just one of the three trophies they competed for - as well as the Club World Cup - lifting the Copa del Rey in what was a disappointing year.
Los Blancos missed out to Barcelona in the LaLiga title race, while they were eliminated by Manchester City in the semi-final of the Champions League.
Benzema is 35 now and is Real's longest-serving player, but, according to Relevo, could leave this summer after 14 years at the club.
The Frenchman signed for Madrid in 2009 from Lyon, and has gone onto achieve countless accolades in the Spanish capital.
After winning the Ballon d'Or in 2022, he managed just 23 league games this term, though he netted 18 times as Madrid fell short.
In total, he has scored over 350 goals for Madrid in over 600 games since his £25million move 14 years ago.
He would be the second big-name signing to move to Saudi Arabia if he accepted the deal, following former Madrid man Cristiano Ronaldo, who moved to Al-Nassr in January after leaving Manchester United.
It's unclear which club has offered Benzema the deal, but he will have a few weeks to make his decision, with Madrid unlikely to stand in his way if he looks to move on.
There have been questions over his attitude lately, with fans disappointed at his response to Madrid's Champions League exit as club captain.
They are however said to be confident he will choose to stay at the club, and are preparing for next season with the forward firmly in their plans.

He has achieved everything as a footballer, he done so much for Madrid, so it is the right time to go.
He successfully achieved the most, at least what had been available at the time.

So many potentially leaving for Saudi Arabia. I once had thought the MLS would have been the preferred retirement spot. How wrong I was

For your information! Halaand wouldn't be easy to lure him from City trust me. Especially they've a best coach in the world en City is paying him gud money en on top of that he seems to be happy there en he's not for sale. Maybe Mbape would be a greater option as he seems not to be happy about his decision of turning down Madrid when he was a free agent

Benzemas trophy list is incredible. Despite not having that golden boot.
Still that does not mean he won everything. He hasn't won European championships with France, not talk of winning 🥇 World Cup trophy, which is the the biggest football prize ever.

if he leaves Then We should bring Firmino for free..and go for Mbappe or Haaland for next season..Vini--Rodrygo--Haaland/Mbappe gonna be crucial with Jude berlingham+Touchameni+Camavinga+Velverde in the middle..
