Klopp fires clear dig at Chelsea transfers amid Caicedo and Lavia race

Chelsea transfer news: Chelsea are battling Liverpool for Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia this summer, with head coach Jurgen Klopp taking a clear aim at the Blues.

However, the backdrop to the whole encounter was the business in the transfer market that has seen the Reds and Blues clash. Caicedo has been the main topic of contention as the west Londoners have followed the Ecuadorian over a switch for the whole summer.

They had been unable to seal a deal, so Liverpool saw their opportunity to lodge a £110million bid that was accepted by Brighton.
