Klopp is already in love with Luis Diaz: He is an outstanding talent

Jurgen Klopp was full of praise for Luis Diaz after the Colombian got on the scoresheet in Liverpool's 3-1 comeback win against Norwich City at Anfield on Saturday.

Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota both missed out on the Premier League match with injuries, so Diaz started up front alongside Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

"We saw now two games when Luis played - came on or played - where he was absolutely incredible," said Klopp.

"Today it was hard work for him as well, it was a tricky one, a tricky encounter. So then staying on the pitch, staying in the game shows then the real quality because we changed system and brought Luis in the centre and Sadio in his natural position.

"Sadio scored anyway in the centre but Luis makes this wonderful run in the centre as well. It's good, he's just an outstanding talent, a really, really good player. I think he is very happy tonight. He should be."

Luis Diaz's first Liverpool goal

Liverpool's three forwards - Diaz, Salah and Mane - netted one goal apiece to help their team turn the game around after going behind early in the second half. Salah, who was teed up by goalkeeper Alisson, has now scored 150 goals for the Merseyside team.

Diaz netted his first Liverpool goal to clinch the win, while Mane was the player to equalise with a wonderful bicycle kick.
