Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will not be at Anfield tonight - and looks set to watch the Shrewsbury match on a laptop.
The Reds manager made the call to honour the Premier League's winter break ahead of the FA Cup fourth round replay.
And that means neither Klopp nor his senior stars will be involved this evening.
Neil Critchley, who oversees Liverpool's u23s side, is taking charge of the team.
The starting eleven is set to be very youthful, with Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones, Neco Williams and other teenage prospects set to feature.
Arrangements have been made for Klopp to tune in on a laptop connected to LFC TV's live feed of the match, according to the Guardian.
And Critchley is not ruling out a message from the German during the game.
