Anderlecht captain Vincent Kompany reportedly locked his team-mates in the dressing room for an hour following their 2-1 defeat by Antwerp last Sunday.
Kompany, who joined the Belgian outfit as player-manager in the summer but has since relinquished matchday responsibilities to head coach Simon Davies, has endured a difficult start to life at his boyhood club.
Following their fourth defeat in seven league games at the weekend Kompany was furious and tore into his team-mates as he kept them inside the changing room, according to reports in Belgium, as reported by The Sun.
Prior to the international break Anderlecht picked up their first win of the 2019-20 campaign.
They beat Standard Liege 1-0 on September 1 but that victory is their only win in seven league games.
Skipper Kompany has been forced to watch from the sidelines in recent weeks after sustaining a hamstring injury in the 1-0 loss at Genk in August.
The former Manchester City captain was sidelined for his own testimonial back at the Etihad last week due to the injury.
Kompany's City legends snatched a draw in the match against Premier League All-Stars.
Anderlecht are currently in 13th place in the Belgian First Division A, three points clear of the relegation zone.

Yea, anyone can scream . Instead of moaning for an hour, should lock himself in a video room for an hour and watch what he can do better. Very very poor manager.
