Tottenham news as Spurs players react jubilantly to their dramatic 2-1 win over Sheffield United thanks to goals from Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski

Tottenham's stars were unsurprisingly jolly after coming from behind to beat Sheffield United 2-1 on Saturday. Goals in both the 98th and 100th minutes saw a remarkable late turnaround for Ange Postecoglou's men, extending their unbeaten start to the league season to five games.

The Englishman wrote: "Metabolic Man," meanwhile Richarlison himself replied with three smiling face emojs. Brennan Johnson, who went on to describe the party-like feeling in the dressing room afterwards, responded: "Dekiiiiii [heart eyes emoji]"

“We weren’t at our best for the first half and maybe the first 60 minutes, but we showed them sniffs we can get chances and create stuff. Even if it goes to the last minute and it’s still got to be a 110-minute performance and we showed that today.”

Although Johnson didn't get the chance to get his first goal for Spurs, he was present to witness just the second one in Richarlisons' league career with the club. It couldn't have come at a better time either as he nodded in from a corner to spark the comeback.

In a week that has centred around his mental wellbeing and performances, the Brazilian responded in the best way possible and was glad to get his 50th Premier League goal having been stuck in the late 40s since moving from Everton. "50 times on @premierleague [hands up emoji, football emoji]" he wrote afterwards.

Davinson Sanchez responded with "My cute pigeon [heart eyes emoji, red heart emoji]," whilst Emerson Royal said: "Pombooooo [red heart emoji]." New club Son Heung-Min also had a message for the fans and the team.

Porro himself put up a specific post after the game of: "Better late that neverrrr !!! @spursofficial [smile emoji, white heart emoji] #COYS." His defensive partner Micky van der Ven responded: "Pedro porroooooooo" and Manor Solomon wrote "Pedrito [two heart eyes emojis]."

James Maddison would also take to Instagram to call Richarlison a 'game changer' while Lucas Moura sent his congratulations along with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. His message was simply "R9 [red heart emoji]" and is perhaps made even better by the use of that name to Brazil's great striker Ronaldo Nazario de Lima.
