Once upon a time, the English premier league had a Top 5. And amongst this were the tuffies. Everton is a team with a long history. The 9 times premier league winners, latest won 36 years ago, haven't been relegated for the last 69 years. But now, they are having their worst start to the season possible losing both of the games they played so far. This has been the case recently though, they barely escaped relegation last season finishing the league 2 points safe. The year before that wasn't any different, they finished only 4 points clear of relegation. The decade before, however, wasn't as bad though, averaging 50 points per season and even finishing once 5th. I feel bad for their fans, seeing them relegated will prove that the future of any team is not guaranteed and anything can happen tomorrow.
