French newspaper L'Equipe headlines 'very bad deal' of Neymar's Barcelona return.
According to the respected French newspaper, Barcelona have orally offered PSG €40m + Coutinho and Rakitic for Neymar.
Nothing has been confirmed so far in writing. For now, PSG are remaining firm.

Its actually a very good deal except for the money... They should just take Coutinho and Rakitic without the money... Take Rakitic because De jong, Puig, Arthur and the rest of the midfielder will be struggling for game time as long as he is here... we really need him to go so others can get their chances to play... Coutinho on the other hand hasn't found his legs in barca and we all know that Neymar knows the barca way of playing... The coach can never bring the best out of Coutinho while Neymar doesn't need a coach to do that for him...
