Germany national team has announced their latest squad and Joachim Low has selected Leroy Sane after omitting the Manchester City star for the World Cup.
Bayer Leverkusen's Kai Havertz is one of three new faces called by Joachim Low for Germany's opening fixture of the inaugural UEFA Nations League against world champions France and their international friendly with Peru.
19-year-old midfielder Havertz, the current Germany U20 captain, is joined in the senior side by fellow newcomers Nico Schulz (Hoffenheim) and Thilo Kehrer (PSG).
Löw has also recalled Nils Petersen (Freiburg), Leroy Sane (Manchester City) and Jonathan Tah (Leverkusen) - three players who missed out on a place in Germany's final 2018 FIFA World Cup squad.
Germany face France at Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena on 6 September, before taking on Peru at Hoffenheim's WIRSOL Rhien-Neckar-Arena on 9 September.

What's the shock about?? We all know Sane wasn't good enough for the NT and had to left out..But that doesn't mean we're never gonna play him dors that?? Löw has used him multiple times so don't be all negative now.. Besides we all know he was wrong and had to change the squad so it's very obvious..

It was Low's/German's own loss not to have included Leroy Sane in the German's NT to rep in the 2018 WC... Sane's pace could have been vital in their NT in the 2018 WC !

Germany lost to Maxico duo to their pace in WC.Sane provides more pace in front line.Good but late decision. It is no good crying over SPILT milk.
