He may be one of the world's best footballers, but Robert Lewandowski could also make waves in the American variety, according to Julian Nagelsmann.
Lewandowski scored in an incredible 18th straight game for Bayern Munich on Tuesday as they resoundingly beat Barcelona 3-0 at the Nou Camp, with the Polish striker bagging his 29th goal in an unbelievable streak.
At 33, Lewandowski seems to have at least a couple more years left in him before he hangs up his boots, but if Nagelsmann is to be believed, he could be an asset for an NFL outfit, with the Bayern boss telling Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid in quotes reported by Goal: 'He could be a good receiver.
'He is fast and physically strong. In the RedZone he would be perfect to catch a short pass and to make a touchdown.'
A wide receiver's role is to avoid opposition cornerbacks or safeties and catch passes by his team's quarterback with the aim of reaching the end zone for a touchdown.
Most recently, Harry Kane and Christian Fuchs have expressed a desire to become kickers in the NFL.
Kane - an avid New England Patriots fan - has a good relationship with seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady and reiterated his desire late last year to master the change in sports.
'That [playing in the NFL] would be obviously [on] a bucket list, a dream come true,' Kane told Channel 5's Kirsten Watson.
'I think there's still a long way to go between now and that moment. But I think it's something that I've got one eye on.
'And who knows, towards the end of my career, I might take it a little bit more seriously.'

These guys would get broken if they go up 1 on 1 against an NFL player lol. Adama Traore is the only one with the physique of a NFL player.
