Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has long been among the world's elite players but such has been his form of late he is even outdoing the likes of superstars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
That's right, over the last two year's the Polish forward has found the net so consistently for the record Bundesliga champions that nobody else can keep pace.
The 30-year-old struck 29 times in the 2017/18 Bundesliga campaign, as well as chalking up five in the UEFA Champions League and a further six in the DFB Cup. This term he has seamlessly carried on where he left off, registering nine in the Bundesliga, one in the cup and eight in the Champions League – a tally that puts him top of the tournament's scoring chart this term.
Still not convinced? All told, Lewandowski is the first player to reach 20 goals in all competitions this season, while he also has the best goals-per-minute ratio of anyone in Europe's top five leagues with a goal every 89 minutes. By way of contrast, Messi and Ronaldo can only manage comparatively sluggish return of a goal every 94 and 97 minutes respectively.
As if that were not enough, Lewandowski also set a new record in European zone qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, becoming the first player ever to score 16 times over the course of Poland's campaign.

Lewandonwski may outscore Messi and Ronaldo but we all know that he will never be better than any of the Gods of football... We need to see consistency and he needs to show when he team needs him the most... And also when he break numerous records

I have two things to say here, One is, Lewandowski Scored 8 goals doesn't mean he is any were near Messi and Ronaldo. I want you people to also Show us how many Games they played in the group stage. Lewandowski played all the 6games in the group stage. Messi played 4games. Ronaldo played 5games. so you know. and the second one is. D. Tadic of Ajax have 5 goals not 6 goals. so how come you people put 6 goals there?
