Liverpool are the first English team to complete the continental treble

Liverpool have become the first England team to complete the continental treble: Champions League, Super Cup & Club World Cup.

Liverpool are the second English side to win the Club World Cup, and the first since Man Utd in 2008.

But Utd were beaten 2-1 by Zenit Saint Petersburg in that year's UEFA Super Cup.
