Liverpool will host Manchester City in a Premier League Matchday 6 fixture. According to reporter Ben Jacobs, Liverpool fans have already displayed banners targeting Manchester City before the match.
Photos from the scene show fans outside Anfield holding banners reading "Cheats" and "114 Guilty," with some wearing custom-made clothing to match.
Manchester City was previously charged by the Premier League with 114 breaches, including all substantive allegations. An independent commission will hold a hearing to determine the penalties for Manchester City, but the Premier League has not yet announced any sanctions against the club.
