Klopp will host Guardiola's side in Sunday's massive decider in what will be a battle between two of the most attack-minded sides in England
Liverpool will host Manchester City in possibly the showdown of the season at Anfield on Sunday, as the two attack-minded sides battle it out in an enormous clash.
Jurgen Klopp's side head into the fixture failing to register a win in their last three games, though know that history is on their side – having bested the league champions on three separate occasions last season.
It will be a battle for the top of the table between the two with Pep Guardiola's men currently claiming the top spot based on goal difference, though the Reds could leapfrog them should they clinch victory.
Manchester City have not won a game on Merseyside since 2003 and will look to rectify their miserable record on Sunday.

Squads & Team News
Naby Keita was forced off the pitch early in Liverpool's Champions League loss to Napoli on Wednesday, but is fit to feature against City.
Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain still remains a long-term injury absentee, while Dejan Lovren is still regaining match-fitness.
Potential Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Wijnaldum, Henderson, Milner; Salah, Firmino, Mane.
Ilkay Gundogan is a doubt to face former manager Klopp on Sunday after limping off of the Champions League victory at Hoffenheim with a hamstring problem.
Benjamin Mendy's involvement is also uncertain after picking up a foot injury, while Fabian Delph is nursing a knock.
Guardiola is still waiting on the fitness of Kevin De Bruyne who could return to the side sooner rather than later following a knee issue, though is not likely to feature against the Reds. Claudio Bravo is another long-term injury absentee.
Potential Man City XI: Ederson; Laporte, Kompany, Otamendi, Walker; D. Silva, Fernandinho, B. Silva; Sane, Aguero, Sterling.
Betting & Match Odds
Liverpool are priced at odds of winning 31/20 according to bet 365, while a draw is available at 13/5. A win for Man City is priced at 9/5.
Match Preview
Both Liverpool and Manchester City remain unbeaten in the Premier League, the two sides sporting perfect winning form save for one draw apiece.
The two sides are arguably two of the most attack-minded teams in the English top-flight, and Sunday's battle will be a possession-driven game of playing a high line.
Guardiola will be looking to capitalise on the lacklustre form of Liverpool's front-three who have failed to replicate their goal-scoring numbers of last season, as Klopp's side head into the fixture on the back of a disappointing 1-0 away loss to Napoli in the Champions League.
The Reds have the home advantage on their side as they have won all three of their previous home games against Manchester City – two in the Premier League and one in the Champions League – with Guardiola's side second-fiddle to Klopp's in all areas of the pitch.
Liverpool ran out 4-3 winners when they hosted the Sky Blues in last season's home fixture that ended Man City's unbeaten league run.
Another 3-0 victory was registered by Liverpool in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final followed by a 2-1 return leg, though Man City did hammer the Reds 5-0 in the early half of the previous season – with Mane handed a red card following a clash with Ederson.
Sunday will also see the return of former Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling, though the England international has a bad track record of giving underwhelming performances at Anfield.

Mohammed Salah and Mani lose half of their risk to play with the parties away from the circle of the line of 18 is more dangerous if they join more towards the middle to inhance play 1-2 each other or 1-3 with Ferminio all goals come from middle
