Stats which show Liverpool's win percentage goes up when Fabinho is not in the team have emerged.
The Brazilian international has been ruled out of the Reds' FA Cup final against Chelsea this weekend after being forced off in the win over Aston Villa with a hamstring injury.
Fabinho has been an influential figure in Liverpool's Premier League and Champions League triumphs in recent seasons but stats show the Reds perform better when he's not in the side.
In his four years at Liverpool, Fabinho has missed 48 games in total. The Reds have won 34 of those, drawn eight and lost just six - a win percentage of 70.8%.
In comparison to the 169 games which he has played, Liverpool have won 112, drawn 33 and lost 24, with the win percentage slightly lower at 66.3%.
The average number of goals conceded with him in and out of the team are also the same at 0.9.
Despite those stats, Fabinho's impact on the pitch is clear. His ability to sit deep and win second balls quickly allows the likes of Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold to push higher up the pitch.
Klopp believes his side can cope in Fabinho's absence with the presence of captain Jordan Henderson. He said: 'We have to (cope).
'Because we can cope. Having him or not having him is a difference but it is all fine.
'That's normal stuff that happens. It's never in a position where you have 12 options, it's always in a position where you [don't].
'We have a few players. Hendo came on and played incredible, he has played super games this season at six, so that is not a problem.'
In Friday's press conference ahead of the clash against Chelsea, the Liverpool boss confirmed Fabinho will be available for the Champions League final against Real Madrid on May 28.
'He (Fabinho) will definitely be back for the Champions League final,' he said.
When asked if the midfielder will return for Liverpool's remaining Premier League games, Klopp added: 'We will see. Fab is a professional. He wasn't happy about it but he's taken it. He's absolutely OK.'

Nonsense! Which games he missed? Against which teams? Remember he has to give up his position to play as Centre back for many many games

Utter nonsense, our midfield becomes non existent without Fab and that has proven time and time again.

Look at the number of games there, if the games he hasn’t played were also as many as he played, that would have been a more precise result. Fab is just fabulous #ynwa.

This is so stupid! The only reason it’s like this is because Fabinho is in the best XI, and so he plays against the Man City’s and Real Madrid’s, and is rested against the West Brom’s and Watford’s. Yeah, it’s lower than someone like Naby Keita’s because he plays in all the games that Liverpool actually might lose in.

surely...these stats doesn't prove he is a bad player... I'm fact, last season where we had numerous injuries with our centre backs..big man Fab stepped up in defence. Only last season was our worst one in terms of games lost.. he is one of the best in the business as a Defensive Midfielder..
