Romelu Lukaku moved level with Didier Drogba on 104 Premier League goals after netting twice in Manchester United's 2-0 win at Burnley on Saturday.
Yet the 25-year-old has made 224 appearances - 30 less than the 254 it took Didier Drogba to reach his mark.
Drogba scored all of his goals across two spells at Chelsea, between 2004-2012 and 2014-2015, while Lukaku's have come during a loan spell at West Brom, four seasons at Everton and a year at Old Trafford.
The Belgian did make 10 league appearances for Chelsea between 2011 and 2014 - spending one year the club with Drogba - but he failed to score during that time.
Lukaku and Drogba are joint-26th on the all-time Premier League goalscoring chart, with 28 players having scored 100 or more goals.
Next in the striker's sight will be Darren Bent on 106, with Paul Scholes on 107, Peter Crouch on 108 and Ryan Giggs reaching 109.
His nearest active rival is Harry Kane, who has 110 in 156 games, while Man City's Sergio Aguero's 208 games have reaped 146 strikes.
They all remain a long way off Alan Sharer's record of 260 - 52 more than second-placed Wayne Rooney.

Well that's good for him equalling Drogba's record at just 27 years old and played lesser game but that those not make him better than Drogba because he has no trophies to show for it and the goals are for 4 different clubs but he is still young so that means their is hope for him because you can't quite ague he got all the good attribute of a good striker more like Drogba he only beta Drogba in terms of skill
