MIRROR: If Tottenham relegates, Man Utd may pursue Madison and Kulusevski

Recently, "The Mirror" published an op-ed article talking about the relegation crisis facing Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur. The media said that if the team is unfortunately relegated to the Championship, it may face the risk of the lineup disintegrating, including Madison and Kulusevski.

Many key players, including Kulusevski, may leave the team, and teams such as Manchester United and Liverpool have been closely watching these players. Although Tottenham coach Tudor has only coached three games and lost all of them, he still insists that the team is on the right track and is expected to successfully avoid relegation.

Since taking over from Thomas -Frank, Igor -Tudor has lost all three of his games in charge of Tottenham, and he will now look ahead to next week's Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid. In the Premier League, Spurs are now just one point above the relegation zone, sitting in 16th place in the standings with just nine games left in the season.

Therefore, there is a high risk of Tottenham being relegated to the EFL Championship next season. If this happens, Tottenham are likely to be forced to sell some of their key members when the transfer window opens.

It remains to be seen which players may leave if relegation occurs, but there is already uncertainty surrounding the future of some players. Manchester United have previously been linked with signing Tottenham players, including James Madison.

Madison has been recovering throughout the season from a cruciate ligament injury sustained in pre-season, but he is expected to return to full fitness by the start of next season.

However, it is worth emphasizing that predicting whether Manchester United will reconsider their interest in Madison if Tottenham are relegated is currently pure speculation.

One position that Manchester United may seek to strengthen this summer is the winger position. Therefore, Dejan Kulusevski may also become a player of interest to them. The Swedish international is getting closer to returning to the field after suffering a knee injury at the end of last season.

If Tottenham are relegated to the Championship, they may also notice the possible interest in defender Micky Van de Ven. Liverpool were rumored to be interested in Van de Ven before he joined Tottenham, and potential interest resurfaced during the winter transfer window.

Only time will tell if any players leave Tottenham this summer, but relegation would undoubtedly increase the likelihood of key members of the team leaving. Igor Tudor, whose position is already in jeopardy after just three games in charge, insists that the team is moving in the right direction and will escape relegation.

"I'm telling you now, maybe it sounds strange, but after this game I'm more confident than before. I saw some things," Tudor said after losing to Crystal Palace. "I need to choose the right people, because this ship is sailing in the direction I want it to go and need it to go, and the people on board can stay. Otherwise they can get off the ship. "

"When the players come back, I believe we will have a good team and victories will come. It's not easy to accept where we are now ——but that's the reality. "
