According to the latest report from Manchester Evening News journalist Tyrone Marshall, Manchester United have granted Mazraoui additional leave.
Following the heartbreaking conclusion of Mazraoui’s Africa Cup journey, Manchester United have approved him extra time off. Morocco suffered a dramatic and controversial defeat to Senegal in the final.
Mazraoui is expected to return to Carrington by this weekend and remains in contention for inclusion in Manchester United’s squad for their away match against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
As the match is scheduled later in the weekend, the 28-year-old has the opportunity to demonstrate he is ready to return to club action.
