Manchester City fans are celebrating this Sunday night, with Kevin de Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez each producing braces in a 4-1 Manchester Derby victory. The Belgian scored twice in the first half before the Algerian hit two in the second half, as Pep Guardiola's side went on to defeat Manchester United for the second time this Premier League season.
De Bruyne scored his first after just five minutes of play, with Bernardo Silva doing excellently to dribble down the byline and to play a ball into the path of the Belgian as he arrived in the area to finish.
Although Manchester City were the dominant side throughout, their rivals did manage to equalise. In the 22nd minute, former City academy graduate Jadon Sancho did well to cut into some space and to finish from the edge of the area.
Despite that setback, Manchester City kept going. Phil Foden had an odd header loop onto the crossbar, before a saved Foden shot provoked penalty box pinball that ended with De Bruyne firing in for a 28th minute goal and a new lead.
David de Gea was kept busy throughout this game, making a couple more interventions at the end of the first half and at the start of the second. But, his defence offered him no protection.
It was soon 3-1, as a smart Manchester City corner was floated over everyone for Mahrez to volley in on 68 minutes.
Manchester City kept pushing for more goals and Ilkay Gundogan hit a good opportunity wide after coming on. There was one more goal to come, though, and it was Mahrez again, finishing powerfully in stoppage time after managing to stay onside, with VAR intervening to give the goal.
That made it a 4-1 final score, with Guardiola getting the better of Ralf Rangnick. The result means the Sky Blues lead Liverpool by six points again, although the Reds have a game in hand.

every game Manutd plays exhibits how disoriented, disjointed, undisciplined and damaged they are, both the coaching crew and players. Each time criticize this team, I get battered by the Fans who watch football from a very different archaic perspective. I'll say this again, 95% of the players in that squad wont make Guardiola's 2nd team, Manutd is a mediocre team and they belong to the group of Leeds, Watford, brentford,Norwich etc, the mid table teams. The players lack discipline on n off the pitch n it affects the game badly. Phil foden n Mason Greenwood were called to the English team same day and both got sent home for same offence, Look at Foden today, with discipline from Pep, seriousness n hard work he has become pivotal to Man city game plan, now undropable. we know how Greenwood story ended, n that is one example of many ManU players, many of them lack that control n it shows in how they play, to them, it's all about show up, hyping and huge pay they receive. You see, that kinda regimen was what made CR7 under Fergie and that what he's tryna bring into the team, but lotta players cant keep up, so they dislike him, complain abt him, use him as excuse and we've seen that many times. Cr7 does not belong to this very Manutd team n I for one was against his comeback. City played like the champ they are, very serious with winning mentality that United lack, they barely gave the ball away, articulate, tactical, spirited, and above all DISCIPLINED. Manutd have a very long way to go , they sure can get there if the management and team stop putting round pegs in a square holes.

I really hope that Ronaldo decides to leave Mancester United in the summer if they end up playing in Europa League, becuse the team isn't good enough to match his qualities to be the player we all know he is...
He takes them to the Europa League so he doesn't have any choice to escape them
