It's the international break, meaning that until April 2 there won't be any fresh Manchester City exploits to keep supporters busy. Transfer gossip offers little by way of conversation, with Erling Haaland widely believed to be City's prime summer target.
But around this time of year, there is always one topic that throws up endless debates and arguments: next season's kits. City's 2022/23 shirts will of course be made by Puma, but what designs the German manufacturer opts for is as good as anyone's guess. Graphic designers have been having their say online, producing a range of beautiful - and some less so - concepts of what City's kits could look like next season.
This first design, found on Reddit, is a beauty in our eyes. A classic sky-blue shirt paired with white shorts (as should always be the case) and sky blue socks, but like with all the best football shirts, the devil is in the detail.

This design features a faint outline of the badge of St Mark's - the first incarnation of City formed in 1880 - behind the current City logo.
This second pinstriped design could be a classic, but it would look so much better, and more like a City strip, with white shorts.
Away & third
City using red and black stripes as away colours goes way back - to 1968 in fact. Then manager Malcolm Allison decided he wanted his side to wear the same colours as AC Milan, after watching the Italian giants lift three European cups during the 1960s.
The Blues - or Red and Blacks - won the 1969 FA Cup final wearing their newly adopted colours, and the following year won the League Cup and European Cup Winners' Cup. The design has been revived multiple times over the years, most recently in 2011/12.
It's high time it came back.
Sometimes a good bold kit is what's needed, but not this. If you thought the 2014/15 third shirt was bad, then think again. The purple is away and the yellow third.
This design is better; different enough from the home and away to warrant designing, no offensive colours and not painful to look at. The cyan stands out nicely against the black.
It does look a little bit Chelsea away 2011/12, but it's still quite nice.
